“The online booking process worked perfectly, I received confirmation of my order and was informed that the goods would be delivered after 2 workings days. After 4 working days I phoned the Reading office (where goods were to be despatched), to be advised that they didn’t have goods in stock and that they had no record of my order. After more calls, the order was tracked to Camberley. I spoke to the branch, no sign that they were to follow up or intended to place a back order. The back order is is now in and I have to wait at least 8 more working days for delivery. I will follow up to ensure they keep to the revised delivery date.”

“Good quality and price. Overall I’m very happy with the service, the only niggle was that when I ordered online it showed that the products were in stock and delivery would be around two days. However they were not in stock and I had to wait nine days.”

“Weve clad out a small down stairs toilet with the silver edged cladding Use silicon on the edges and stuck to the wall with grab adhesive. Fairly easy to work with finished with Capping around the window and ogee skirting. Use Stelmax to seal the exposed edges far better than silicone thou a little trickier to work with so practice on some scrap.”
