Hi, your order was disrupted due to the nationwide shutdown. Appreciate your feedback, but the situation was clearly out of our control. As you have stated, we have provided you with a refund. So i cannot see what more we could have done in light of the situation. Stay safe

Hi Michael, Apologies we weren't able to fulfill the order, but we did have to take the unfortunate step of having to temporarily stop all our operations due to the Covid-19 crisis. I have checked into your order & can confirm you have already been contacted & refunded prior to leaving this review. Sorry this has left you disappointed, but trust you can understand the difficult position we're all in Regards

“Web price is half the price charged at the trade counter but only found out when I visited a trade counter to purchase. Had to order online while stood at the trade counter to get anything like a competitive price. Told I'd have to return in 2 hours in order for the paperwork to be processed for an item that was in stock and literally 1m away from me on the shelf. Ridiculous set up and will put a lot of non trade customers off buying. Trade counter staff helpful, just the company's trading strategy that makes no sense whatsoever. Wasted a lot of my time, will shop elsewhere in future.”

“Does the job I needed wrapping around a doorway to hide unsightly cut brickwork. I found that soaking the length in a warm water bath(in my case a belfast sink) enable easier bending into shape. As the plastic cools it then retains its shape well.”
