“This product was not available in the south of Britain so eurocell were going to call me to discuss an alternative, but they didn't. I had to call head office ,they put me through to camberley branch, who told me my order would be delivered by 14.00 next day, it wasn't. Called camberley at 15.30 to be told order revision had not come from head office and I should not have been told a delivery time, then he told me I could have it first thing next day. Should he have said that,? Did he not need a order revision? I am not impressed with the service but the products are average.”
