I would have awarded five stars, but the meet and greet guy when we arrived on the morning of 27th September at around 4.30am , had obviously got out of the wrong side of the bed, as he was discourteous, short-tempered, and rude. Not a great first impression to give, for what was otherwise a good experience.”
