“Device works well but there may be a few software installation problems depending on the Operating System installed on your PC. The Driver software on the CD enclosed with the supplied device, was produced before Windows 8.1 was released. Whilst it would load and install OK on PC's running Windows 7 and Windows 8 the installation froze when used on 8.1. The Roland Help Centre advised me to download the 8.1 Driver from their website and most importantly to copy the downloaded file to the Desktop BEFORE clicking on the file to Unzip it. Once I did this it installed Ok and the device sprung into life.”
