“ordered yamaha keyboard and paid for waited a week for delivery only to receive an email saying the keyboard was no longer a stock item but would send a display model with some minor scratches with photos attached !! still awaiting a response and a full refund would not deal with this company again very poor communication”

“There is no way to contact a human by phone or email without paying. For the price of the software this is absurd and so 20th century. Shame on you and your business model.”

“spent $225. for sibelius 8 on a Saturday in United States. The alarming thing was that there was no alert red flag warning me that the download process would take several days...and that there was no explanation of any step by step process. I bought a mac os x 10.11 just so I could have Sibelius 8. In short, someone in the DS music company needs to go get an technologically stupid person like me, and have them purchase Sibelius 8 on a weekend, and watch the frustration. I almost returned the mac to best buy, but luckily some third party called identit-e sent me a code. this did not work, and only by doing an online chat with someone from AVID did things start to go right. In fact , I finally got someone from AVID to take over my computer and actually help me get Sibelius to work. Very frustrating mostly in part due to the fact that again there is nothing on the ds website where anyone is available 24/7. There is nothing, once DS had my money that explained to me the downloading/ code sending/ AVID on line chatting process.”

“I have purchased Sibelius Academic it received it promptly, however I am experiencing problems in verifying the code from the company. If I do not receive verification I will be returning it.”
