“DS delivered as promised. However, Sibelius support is woefully inadequate and as a result I have been unable to install the product. The saga continues still.”

“have paid in full and not able to get license even after 7 days. The have asked me to contact their wholeseller. I have paid them and they should resolve the issue at hand.”

“Product supplied but no way of loading Audioscore and photoscore into Sibelius. Product was a download code, not a physical product so problem is Sibelius rather than D. Difficult to get resolved with Sibelius.”

“The staff are very helpful and quickly answer any questions. I had planned on using the subscription service for Sibelius with Avid but thought that I would purchase a DVD from DS with all the software on to save the hassle of downloading big files. I was not an happy bunny when I received DVD style AVID box with a download card.”
