“I have been using brightly for 6 months and initially was very impressed. Not only did it help to control my adult acne it made the rest of my skin look glowing and healthy. However the last bottle I bought felt like a completely different product, grainy in texture and pills so cannot be used with other products or under makeup. My skin also the worst it has been since buying the product and I’m struggling to control my acne which coincides with me using this new bottle. I don’t know whether there has been a change in formula, if so please change it back as there was nothing wrong with the original, or whether this was a poor quality batch. Either way this is not the quality you expect from a pricey product and such as shame that it was a great product that did really work.”
