“It's difficult to review these fairly as I need to take them for 3 months to have an impact and even then it's hard to measure. That said they aren't difficult to swallow and they don't taste bad so that's a definite positive. You have to take a lot of pills a day which is the only negative but you get used to it. They seem to have all the nutrients you need and so only time will tell. Good luck to everyone”
