“Ordered on Friday thinking one-day delivery meant either Saturday or Monday. But didn't receive confirmation until Monday; then a message came saying delivery was cancelled. Had to email you to discover you had rebooked shipment out of Bristol. That said, delivery was prompt on Tuesday morning.
You need to up your communication game.

Very sorry you were not entirely satisfied with the delivery you received. The product you ordered was out of stock and was sent direct from our suppliers to save time. Strangely we received the same product the next day and had confirmation yours was despatched at the same time as ours. What happened to delay yours we are to sure, but would like to apologise for the delay.
If we know something is delayed we always inform our customer, in this case we were unaware there was an issue until you raised the matter.
