“Really attractive, realistic flame . I had earlier purchased a cheaper one that I returned....(not Dimplex) as it was so cheap and nasty. The FedEx guy carried it into my lounge it was quite heavy for one woman, (31½kilos) A friend and I lifted it out of the box between us and it is now the source of much admiration. Delighted with it.”
