“Very effective as a real fire replacement. It is free-standing and snug to the skirting board. Visually, hardly notices the gap from skirting to wall due to styling or the surround. Power cable can run out either side, sitting at floor level, or in a small plastic duct on top perhaps (extension lead might be needed). LED lights reduce running costs. Conveys cosy glow, especially in winter evening conditions. Very quite operation.”
