Dear Mrs France's Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the Delivery. The courier we use does not pin point an exact time, as advertised on our website, delivery is between 0900-1700 hours. We do review our courier and the service we use, quarterly. Just for future reference a quick call to the office and we would contact the courier for you to see if it possible to get a estimated time for delivery. Best Regards Lorraine
