“The bacon was tasteless and uncured completely different from the usual bacon that I bought before. thin slices instead of the nice thick slices before and there was no rind I had to flavour the bacon myself and when in the pan the thin slices just shrivelled up. Good money for nothing.”

“The main reason I buy this back bacon is that it has no nitrates/nitrites. However, the rashers are thinner and smaller than previously, and some are hardly wider than streaky bacon would be. Not sure that this is worth the premium price, although the taste is good.”

“Not possible to find thick cut bacon without nitrites etc anywhere else. Tasty and enjoyable. Unpredictable size and number of rashers, also a variation in how much fat there is, but natural variation is to be expected. Well packaged and arrives frozen.”
