“We had a couple of branches broken which doesn't normally happen. it was also very dirty which made a mess of our floor etc, otherwise the tree is nice”

Dear Customer, Our Christmas trees are natural products brought down from our plantations and sometimes they can be muddy. We do spray them down to prevent this so apologies. Broken branches are also due to its natural nature. If you contact our team on email we can exchange your tree for you.

“The tree is a good shape, perhaps just a little shorter than I was expecting, let's see how it behaves in the next couple of days as last year I had a tree from a different supplier lasting a very long time”

“I am giving the tree an acceptable rating because it was fresh but I would never have picked this tree. Firstly it had 2 crowns ( a double headed tree). The main trunk was bent which made the tree difficult to look upright. Finally instead of a triangle shape ( thicker at the bottom) it was an inverted triangle which made it difficult to dress. Whilst I completely accept that trees are not uniform This tree was unusually deformef for a Norseman fir. So sadly I am v disappointed by the selection.”

“Tree great but i could not communicate with you and couldn't trace the delivery. i rang and emailed but no pick up or reply to messages. You also offered a 15% discount but the token didn't work.”
