That said, the Christmas Forest is London’s favourite independent retailer – or treetailer – of real Christmas trees.

“The tree was 5ft high as ordered, but about 5 ft wide. Over bushy at the bottom, scrawny on top. Despite a very robust stand, it fell over on the first night smashing glass baubles. Very disappointed.”

“From start to finish my experience with Christmas Forest was amazing. Before I ordered I had some questions and my email was answered so quickly, with full info. I was emailing Patrick and he was incredibly polite and helpful. When my tree arrived it was on time and towards the earlier side of the time slot, which was lovely. The delivery man was very polite, professional and smiley and pleasant. The tree itself had been totally prepped at the based which is something I've had previous awful experience with (I didn't buy a stand as I already have one) and so it slotted straight into my stand, no pruning or sawing necessary - a great relief! The tree is lovely and in good condition. It is really furry and full and healthy looking. The branches hadn't been all chainsawed off at the ends, so I was able to hang my decorations - another bad experience I had previously. I will definitely be using the Christmas Forest again next year because they made the experience hassle-free and really lovely. It felt like a Christmas tree's arrival is supposed to be, which is a rare thing these days, I think.”

“Another excellent tree! Christmas Forest consistently deliver with great trees and helpful customer service. This year they left our tree, as requested, and it was protected from high winds and heavy downpours with a cover which was much appreciated.”
