Please rate our Service from Christmas Forest

“Well I can't write a review of this item as it has not turned up. Delivery date was 17th December. I had to phone them to be told it would not arrive on that date, and that I would receive a phone call on Monday between 10 and 11am. Needless to say no such call was made. I called them, was put on hold for 25 mins and now I can't get hold of them. Still don't know if they are going to deliver this at all. really really awful.”

“I have bought real trees the last few years, wnd this is the best tree I have bought it is beautiful and the thick branches, I will definitely buy again and won’t go anywhere else, the stand is excellent to. Happy Christmas to you all ♥️”
