“I have ME/CFS. I take 0.4ml (which I measure exactly, using a hospital grade syringe) twice a day.
It has made the biggest difference to the ME/CFS than any other treatment.
I do take other supplements alongside it.
I recommend starting with the lowest dose & then by trial & error, work out your ideal dose. I would also recommend holding it in your mouth for as long as possible before you swallow the tincture.
