“I ordered some brushes which did not arrive when they were expected. I contacted the company to be told that they had been dispatched and that there was a signed proof of delivery. However, I pointed out that the signature, a mere squiggle, was not mine. It transpired that Mullholland had been badly let down by their courier, in this case Fedex, who had delivered the package to another address in my road. After Fedex failed to recover the package and redeliver it to my address Mullholland dispatched a replacement consignment, this time by recorded delivery post, which arrived the next working day. Mullholland dealt with my problem with speed, always replying to my emails very promptly, almost by return. Things will always go wrong occasionally and to my mind the mark of a good supplier is how they then respond. Mullholland responded well and I would use them again.”
