“It's the first time I've used fresh yeast, totally happy with it, only downside is the 7 day use by date, although not a problem I just went baking mad and baked lots of loaves and froze them, also would like to add, the service from BakeryBits is second to none, ordered before 3pm delivered the next day fantastic”
