“I've used this a few times to make cinnamon buns and the results are amazing. The flavour is very good - not yeasty. The rise is excellent. I tend to freeze the buns raw then defrost and bake and they turn out perfectly fine. I've used fresh yeast before but never organic and will be sticking to this from now on. I used one of the cubes 10 days after receiving it and the results were still perfecf. About to put in another order to make more cinnamon buns and also some doughnuts.”
