“Very impressed with the new lid which appears to work well with the tin. However we are having difficulty getting the right quantities to fill the tin despite using the dough calculator to gross up the quantities for both ordinary bread and sourdough. Hopefully we will get it right eventually!!”

“The dough takes longer to bake, but it bakes evenly with a lovely golden crust, and getting it out of the tin is just a matter of sliding it out! The tin is sturdy and easy to clean, I'm really pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone baking on a regular basis.”
