This is the best flour I have used for bread it rises well in the bread maker and the bread has a Crisp outer I have told my friends how much better this is for bread making it also makes crispy french baguettes.

I am a regular user of French flour milled by Foricher, using the t45 instead of UK plain flour and t65 for Baguettes. I use the t55 to make Challah, a braided Jewish bread which uses lots of oil and eggs- a quite wet dough. I decided to give this a try and was impressed by the moist, chewy and almost nutty flavour. Very pleased with the result and will purchase again.

First attempt resulted in lower rise than expected, probably due to slight shortage in fluid, however the reaction from people who tasted it was incredibly positive, they loved the loaf and wondered what I had added to the flour - which was nothing.
