“All my purchases from Bakery Bits have been very successful. The sourdough bread that I am now making is the best ever. I particularly enjoy using the lame to create beautiful patterns on my bread. Also I cook it for the first 25 minutes in a Dutch oven ( Le Creuset) this really helps to form a lovely crisp crust.”
