“Really excellent. Against what I expected fevelops a decent gluten and rises well. Front of packet (advertising) does say 10.5g protein and back (nutritional info) says 9.5g. Not figured out yet how that’s possible. I made a fennel and raisin loaf. 25%/1.5% bakers quantity raisins/fennel into boiling water and left to cool. Lovely.”
