“Based on a US recipe I was looking for "red label" instant yeast for brioche loaf and your website gave me this recommendation. I've never done before such a bread so I have nothing to compare with but I think I've got the right end result. The dough leavened a half more size after resting and it doubled by the end of baking. The brioche was full of mini bubbles and the consistency was as chewy as I imagined it. I don't like the supermarket brioche that falls apart as you touch it. I'm just a home cook with a little professional experience, so I might be wrong but the yeast does its work. I fully recommend it.”

Product range is great and, when it arrives, it's in good condition and well packed. But delivery is slow and inconsistently so. Sometimes a week, sometimes longer. And, if delivery is delayed as items are out of stock there is no communication or the option of splitting deliveries.
I know it's a small company and allowances can be made. But in a post Amazon world people expect rapid delivery and active communication.”
