“This handsome little stone mill sits in a quiet corner of my kitchen next to my small store of grains and pulses; unlocking so many baking possibilities from the finest whole flour all the way up to cracked grain.
It’s thrilling to see a handful of tweed coloured rye grain transform into rye flour before your eyes. The smell and touch of freshly ground grain is a great simple pleasure. I has no idea when I ordered a Mockmill how attached I would become to it. I highly recommend.
I had no idea when I ordered this how much I would love it.”
“I'm very pleased with my new grain mill which I bought to replace my Schnitzer grain mill, which gave up the ghost after over 30 years and is no longer made. Once I realised that unlike my old mill, you have to turn it on first and then add the grain, it worked a treat and certainly takes up a lot less room than my old one. My only complaint is that it does seem to get warm right from the beginning, which I wasn't expecting.”
