Well milled and good flavour. Rye milling requires more care than wheat and Redbournbury get a consistently good result.

Excellent flour for sourdough Russian style loaves. Nutty, loads of flavour and body, smells great out of the packet and from a small independent British mill. Lovely stuff!

Excellent purchase! Well made, strong and makes enough for 2 loaves in one lovely tin. Using it all the time to make beautiful loaves with a delicious crust. Perfect!

Great bread tin - its a bit of a monster and only just fits in my oven width-ways. At last I can have proper square loaves - the quality is excellent - really thick metal - my loaves seem to have a much softer crust than in thin metal tins. Use with the lid for square loaves - or without for a natural top. I want to get the 2lb version of the same tin when its back in stock! Very impressed with Bakery Bits - a great UK company! Will be back for more - thinking about their baking trays...

Really heavy gauge metal, well built and solid. Really professional piece of kit. Now all I need to do is find a recipe - never used such a big pan before!

Really great piece of kit, surprisingly sturdy and good quality. And the bread comes out absolutely excellent, very good crust!

Can't say much more than it is excellent. It had enabled me to make large sandwich bread loafs at home. Rather than a boule sourdough with thin tapered slices to large slices due to the dimensions, I can now cut my own thickness and have the same cuts throughout. I apply a little butter to the tin and dust with flour before I put my dough in and it seems to slide out with ease. Have made 2 large loaves so far and have no complaints.
