“This was a fantastic discovery as I always used only the dark rye. The only problem I have with current Marino's flours (and sadly I say this while being Italian) is the package. In these times of climate and ecological crisis they move from paper package to plastic film. In addition, the plastic film doesnt seem to be any better as my Marino's einkorn flour generated flies in less than 3 weeks time (despite being closed very well)”
