“I really appreciated the appropriate communications giving info on progress. The banneton had to be ordered in but we still received the products within a week. I really liked the packaging - no plastic in sight and no unnecessary padding. The banneton has not yet been used but it looks as it should be. We have tried out the dough scraper/cutter which was ordered at the same time. It is a great little tool. Overall, I am happy with the order and would use Bakery Bits again. Thank you!”
