Great banneton, does exactly what you want it to do, cleans well, so far so good.

Tried it 3 times, oiled, floured, oiled and floured. The dough stuck every time. It sweats in the banneton as it is not breathable.

As a novice bread maker I bought this banneton as I liked the idea it was dishwasher friendly. I love the finish it gives to the finished bread. While it’s good quality I feel it lacks the aesthetic of a traditional basket. While I’m still not sure of using these I’m current using a wooden bowl with a tea towel liner with good results as well.

It's been a game changer for me! I've made sourdough for years but no matter what I do, it invariably got stuck in the wooden banetton. So much easier release with this and very much easier to clean.

Tried dusting with rye flour firstly then next time lightly greasing with my own cake tin release mix. Both fine, second maybe marginally better.

Starting out with non machine sourdough baking was a challenge. BB supplied the bits and pieces needed at a good quality and a fair price', The only problem came with delivery and the hopeless dpd people who kept trying to send the bits to the wrong location. Parcel returned to BB by dpd. BB then arranged immediate delivery with another carrier. Good effort. Very pleased with all they do.

Used it once so far and it was as good as my others. I took the advice of flouring it with a non-wheat flour and it came out okay. I love that it's easy to wash-up. Not tried it with the liner yet, though my relatively wet sourdough came out fine without it.
