“Have been using the 1kg circular version of this for a few years and this is every bit as good. Looks large but spot on for 1kg loaf. Very light rub with oil before use and dough does not stick. Easy to clean: circular one goes in the dishwasher but this is a bit too long. Much easier to care for than traditional basket. Fresh from the oven, out of this Banneton.”
