“hello .. it's not that anything has gone wrong it's more lack of communication from MCN insurance .. i've insured the bike on line .. and the bike it insured i checked at the post office when i taxed it ... But ........ i had no confirmation email ? or anything through the post e.g. insurance certificate ? .. surely there should be somthing ? .”
