“My heavier old Stihl gave up the ghost. This is much lighter to hold and the starting is so easy. The harness helps with longer sustained use. I have used both the spool and the blade so far and tried to buy one for my son as a present. Unfortunately there is, because of COVID and Brexit, currently a shott supply in the UK. He will have to wait for his birthday present .”

“This is a very well made product. It starts easily and is quite light to carry with the shoulder harness. The engine is powerful enough to cut thick tufts of grass, brambles and other tough-stemmed weeds. The throttle control is nicely sensitive and the mechanism that cuts out/ retards the speed of the cutting blade when it hits an immovable object is well balanced. The engine noise seems to be slightly on the high side, but not overly so, and is mitigated with ear defenders. Overall, a very good performing machine.”

“this is a superb machine, we have the steel blade as we have wild aspects of our 1 acre garden, but use the nylon line around the the flowers and vegatables easy to change.”
