“This was the second time that the plastic propeller has disintegrated on my pump. The impeller on both occasions was perfectly serviceable. I only required a new propeller (which I imagine costs pennies rather than pounds) but I was only able to buy the complete impeller assembly. Clearly the plastic propeller is the most likely component to fail. Why can I not buy the propeller separately?”
