“I bought the valentines bouquet which was a marketing offer in the Times newspaper. The bouquet was supposedly £50 but was discounted by 50% but then delivery was extra total price £32. The flowers when they arrived were appalling I could have bought better from Aldi for £10. I have sent feedback direct to Appleyard but received no answer. Beware if you use this service the flowers are as my son said ‘a rip off’”

“A lot of the flowers were dead on opening. We received a text to say they were delivered and that I had signed for them. I hadn't as I was not in!!! I had left an instruction to leave in a safe place if not in. They left them on the drive!!! Not safe!! The only saving grace was that I was promised a refund. However I missed this valentine for the wife. NOT BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOSAY THE LEAST!”
