“All my answers would have been 5 star but on way to and way back from airport driver never spoke. Even when picked us up just asked for my name and then nothing else. Even when got back to car park we said thank you and he didn’t even acknowledge that we’d spoken. Seemed a little rude and awkward. Therefore only suggested improvement is for drivers to be friendlier and have a bit of conversation about them.
Everything else was great with the service being very efficient and straightforward.”
“Easy to find the carpark. The transfer van was already there, and the airport was 5 min away. I collected my car after midnight and the minibus arrived 5 min after I called them. Will definitely use this carpark again.”
