“Dropping off our car was easy enough. However on the way back we waited at the shuttle bus stop for over 20 minutes and no bus came, there were no signs directing us on how to walk back to the drop and go. We had to find our own way to it. When we got there the shuttle bus was just waiting outside the building with a few people on, but not going anywhere. I would not use the service again. Jetparks Ringway was a lot more convenient and involved lots less walking.”
“The experience was pretty much stress free. The directions were clear(except I never saw the Hilton Hotel has it had a name change?).
We literally stopped the car in the queue by the exit, entered Reception, followed the directions on screen, were reassured by a friendly staff member we 'd done ok and went down in the lift to the bus stop across the road . Simple even for two travellers in there 70s. The return was just as straightforward.
I have already reccomended Drop&Go to friends and family .
