“Followed the simple instructions and they were there waiting for us both going and on our return, even though we got a bit lost exiting the terminal as we were on the wrong floor.
Will definitely use again when going to Gatwick next time, so much easier, quicker and more pleasant.”
“Very Poor instructions given on where to drop off the car, I followed the sat nav using the postcode given. When I rang them as ended up in the wrong place, the controller said, "No, don't follow the satnav, here are the instructions. He gave the instructions quickly and expected us to remember them, when I asked him to repaet he was very irate. Anyway off we went, trying to remeber what he said, rang him again, again he was very irate. Eventually got ot the drop off point and there was no one there to pickup the point, rang the controller again, now he is raging and told us we were in the wrong place, we did a circle of the south terminal, followed his instructions and ended up in the place we were previously, and guess waht there was a driver wainiting for us to take the car despite being told earlier we were in the wron place! For reference, we left early morning and rang the controller, around about 6.30am on 14/10/25. The pickup when we got back to the UK was straight forward and painless.”
“on our return this time we were very dissapointed about the service we had to wait over 30 mins for car in the cold and no explanation for delay also when i got in cr the tyre pressure warning light was on and the driver did not inform me of this and found i had a puncture which we didnot have before we left service not up to usual standard”
