“Returned from a long flight to collect my car and scan code didn’t work to get keys out of boxes !!Had to go and find some one to help me and after 10 mins standing out in the cold - I got my keys !! Then got to exit barrier to exit car park and code didn’t work to open barrier !!
This happened to me six weeks ago when I had to go away so won’t use or recommend this car park again !!”
“The drop and go is good, but had a number of problems on return along with others when collecting keys fro automated system as we did last time.
The system only exepted the bar coad after a number of attempts, some people had to fetch the attendant to to retrieve ther keys.
It was 100% better the way it was before when you picked up your keys from reception. ( cost cutting and automation do not always make it better for your customers)
