“Trying to ring the customer service number was a waste of time it was always busy and when I finally got through they were all on lunch, previous to my purchase I emailed a few times to see if you knew when the cages were coming in no one responded to my emails, with my purchase I only received one cage and took awhile to get a response finally the other cage is being sent but I hope it comes in time, as I am away for a week as I needed the cage before I go away.”
