“This chair was amazing when I first got it, but this is now my 4th month with it, and I am desperately looking for a new chair. I have had incredibly painful back pain, as well as numbness in my legs and arms. Granted, my own ergonomics may be at play here, which I’ve realised, I have a too tall table (for which the chair doesn’t even come high enough). I’ve tried with the lumbar support, without it, with the neck brace, without it, to no avail. I have started stretching more because I honestly think that’s the only way to alleviate this pain in my hip. I, however, reckon this would be a great chair for somebody above the height of 5’5.”

“Had the ATOM RS Black Edition for just over 2 years. The base has sheared on two of the legs which is pretty dangerous if these were to snap completely while seated.”

“Ordered this for my husband a week before Christmas as a gift, unfortunately 6-8 weeks later the material has already teared, I contacted them a few weeks ago on their website to complain about this and I’ve heard nothing back, really annoyed and disappointed and it was expensive! Would not recommend to anyone.”

“I am enjoying using this chair. I can't comment too much on durability as I have only owned it for a week but it seems to be of great quality. It's very comfortable and can be adjusted in so many ways to suit each user. I was particularly surprised by how smooth the wheels are, making it move so freely. My only complaints about the chair are that I found it a little tricky to put together. Some of the bolts didn't want to screw into the thread which was a little frustrating but didn't take long to sort out. I also found the levers for adjustments are a little bit cheap and the plastic bends a lot when using them. Other than that, a sturdy chair and very comfortable.”
