Got my RPi4 kit within 24 hrs of ordering, so really impressed with the speed. After an initial technical fault put a stop to my NAS / media storage project, the board was replaced without any bother or significant delay. Spoke to a few people thru the support portal and the experience was excellent. Speedy replacement issued and got right back on track. The NAS is now up and running, using a SSD external drive and OpenMediaVault / Plex. Very happy with the whole kit, as it came with good quality accessories. Can't recommend the Pu Hut enough!! Will return for my next project ☺ and might have a voucher to use by then 😉!!
