And we had to pay carpenter £40 to fix the issue with it, there were pieces of timber not level and pieces of timber covering fixing holes, Then to top it off we one of the slat bearers was half missing, so had to renew that whole piece. Despite the bad things said we are very happy with what we bought now and don't think we could of made a better choice for the money paid. Considering its a large bed it was very easy to assemble and very sturdy, we were very impressed with the finished product and more importantly my daughters LOVE there new bed. NOA AND NANI provided excellent service throughout the process and responded to emails very quickly. Considering this is the first time we are using Noa and Nani i will definatly order from them again. Highly recomended. Overall, very impressed and Happy with the whole customer journey. Look forward to using Noa and Nani again soon in the future.”
