You would need to be on our Plus plan to have access to this. Product reviews can be displayed in widgets across both sites, however, with company reviews this works slightly differently. When syndicating Company reviews, we only share the review content & not the overall rating.

For example, if Store A had 5 reviews and was rated 2 Stars & we syndicated this with Store B which has 100 reviews and was rated 4 stars. Store A would be able to display all of the reviews from Store B but the overall stats would still display as 2 stars, based on 5 reviews within the widgets.

It depends. REVIEWS.io is a per-domain solution, which means that you need one account per domain that collects and displays reviews. If you use sub-domains or sub-folders for multiple regions on the one domain, then you can manage this all within the one REVIEWS.io account. If this is not the case, you need to have separate accounts for each store.

Please note that this also applies to Shopify Markets. Although you may have one myshopify.com instance this can still be active across multiple domains and the above requirements are still applicable.

Imported reviews aren't sent for Google Shopping Stars. We send data to Google every 24 hours roughly (depending on if any changes are made) and it can take 2-6 weeks for Google to re-crawl this data.
