My first trade was fine as you collected it when I explained I could not take it to shop as I am disabled. My second parcel has been refused collection as it is less than 9 kilos .Please refer to correspondence. You suggested I keep box until I can add enough .

Gave me the best prices for my books but gave me nothing for a CD after I posted it saying it did not contain the original discs which was not true but there was no way to question it or gave it returned so not impressed that I basically gave it away!

Great idea but the app frequently won't take more than 4 items and then kicks items out when you merge trades making it very difficult to meet minimum selling requirements. The explanations of dynamic pricing and only so many of a certain type/category of item in one trade aren't credible. If an item is accepted for one trade it shouldn't matter what other items are in the trade and dynamic pricing - well, it's just not credible that acceptability can very by the minute when, once a trade is completed, price holds for several days. However, would still use again as seem to pay better prices than some competitors but frustrating to have to do multiple trades and not just all in one.

Quick and easy service. Shame they don’t collect any more. Disappointed at how many books they claimed were damaged out of the last bundle of books sent. I never send anything I wouldn’t be happy to receive.

Good idea to sell books, but I received very low prices for a few good quality books. Margin between what I paid to buy used books and dvd's and what I got for selling used books & dvd's is quite a lot. Drop off with courier service was convenient and easy. Payment needs improvment: not quick or automatic as I received an email more than three weeks ago that my books were accepted but still no payment, so I will have to email them for it. Seems like this is hardly worth it for $5. Perhaps better to donate my books to Oxfam.

Unfortunately let down by the DPD courier collection. On two occasions the promised collection failed and I was annoyed by the explanations from DPD that the parcel wasn't ready (it was and they didn't call) and that there was no parcel to collect. It worked well on the third collection by a different DPD courier. I have used Ziffit once before and it worked well.

Customer service is good. Process is easy and so is delivery. My only issue is the price, for reasonable new books I barely get a £1.00 or something back. I wish there was more value otherwise its better to keep the book and reread over the years.

I like the ability save/email lists of items for trade, and I like the overall service the company provides. I wasn't too thrilled with the way my most recent batch was handled. The books I sent were in good condition, some in pristine/brand-new condition, but were rejected for having missing covers. The notification stated the books would be "disposed of." It was really wasteful to dispose books in great condition, and I would have preferred to go through another service that would have actually made use of them. Because the books were in great condition, yet Zifft was reporting them to be in unreadable condition, I wondered if maybe somehow they were severely damaged in transit. If this was the case, I wanted to know so I could take measures to avoid this in the future. I was told the issue would be investigated but no one ever got back to me.

Disappointed with last trade only received $14 for a $54 quote. Sold before to Ziffit and never had more than a couple dollars rejected.

Very poor value for books and turned down a book saying wrong ISBN but I would have used ISBN shown so not sure why rejected. Unable to take parcel to depot, made to wait in for collection which was a nuisance.

Hello, thanks for your review. The prices offered for books are offers based on the current trends in the market and they are simply offers. With regards to the collection. Our limit has been set to 5kgs, so any trade over 5kgs will be given courier as the option to send the trade, both are also free. Thanks, Ziffit.com
Although easy to use and one of the best prices Ziffit customer services now leave a lot to be desired. Before the pandemic a quick phone call sorted any problems quickly and easily. I am sorry to say that now I can only use email things just go round and round, I have been repeatedly told I haven't sent a book when I know I have. I am told different things by different people which helps no-one!

Ok, I mean it went smooth was offered more than other buyback sites, but 2 of my nearly new books I sent in were apparently overlooked and unaccounted for. This is not the first time either. Usually in about 15 books they always lose 2.

Took ages typing in lots of books only for 90% to be rejected. Finally reached the £5 minimum only to then get £3.87. One book was 35 years old and was rejected because the pages had yellowed!... REALLY after 35 years! (they knew the age by the bar code) Still in good condition. But another they just said something random and didnt pay. Not worth the time to do......Real shame as I read loads & wanted new homes for my books
