I sent 19 items and was paid for 12. The initial price offered was £17.69 and I was sent £10.01. 7 items were listed as not received, this was not correct as I sent all items well packed and box and collected by the courier. This is my first experience using Ziffit and I will NOT be using them again as I would prefer to take my items to the charity shop than deal with this company.

It was my first time using ziffit. I tried to use the code to get 10% extra and it didn’t work. My box was collected but you don’t seem to have received it. I spoke to someone and gave them the label number from DPD. I have received the payment but I won’t be doing this again.

Tried to short-change us. Claimed that a few of the (more expensive) books in the box had not been received when all of the others (tightly secured in the same box) had. Agreed amount eventually paid but lazy / automated response to queries and no interest in investigating what really happened further.

Terrible - Two separate collections booked for different days, neither courier arrived and marked up as 'we couldn't contacted you' On both occasion, I was waiting on the front step with my phone. The 'help' section on the app is automated so the only option is to re-book a collection, with no guarantee that will arrive either.... Maybe there is a curse on this house. Its like some thing from Kafka

Be careful with this company because they rejected most of the cds and dvds I sent and they do not return them stating they destroy them! Not good business practise.

Parcel went by Click & Collect on the same day as sum was agreed on line but Ziffit refused to pay for one item as had "expired". I still have C & C receipt but its not worth trying to find a Ziffit contact to take up the matter - which, doubtless, is what they assume in amending the value down post contract.

Several items were marked as not received though I know they were in the boxes and if not acceptable they were not returned nor was I asked if they should be!!!!

Do not use Ziffit, the books that they offer you the best prices for they will very conveniently, give you the reason that they they are dirty and are therefore unfortunately rejected. Ziffit then state that they can not be returned to you and your books will be recycled. What is stopping them selling these books on and making a profit at your loss? I will never use Ziffit again a bad experience, avoid.

Got locked out of my account, finally got customer service to open it back up so I could reset my password. Sent the "forgot password" e mail several times and still no answer. To top all of that off, they are asking me to review them and I have not heard anything about my trade or received the money. Talk about putting the cart before the horse! This will be the last time I deal with these people.

Good Morning. On two occasions last week, I arranged for a box/parcel to be collected. Firstly, on Monday 21st March (Trade ID: 5999438) and when the parcel was NOT collected on that day, I re-arranged for the parcel to be collected on Friday, 25th March (Trade ID: 5384753) but the parcel was still NOT collected on that day either. On both occasions, I received emails and text messages informing me that DPD would collect though. This is only the second time that I have arranged for a box/parcel to be collected. As I'd had a medical appointment (and therefore booked a days annual leave) I just happened to be at home on the afternoon of Tuesday, 1st March, when that parcel WAS collected (Trade ID: 5924585) but I work "normal" office hours Monday to Friday and so when the parcel was not collected last Monday on 21st March, I suspected it might be because I wasn't at home, even though the parcel was clearly visible in my unlocked front porch. For the second opportunity to collect last Friday therefore, I once again left the parcel clearly visible in the unlocked front porch and even attached a printed note on the top of the box stating the new Trade ID No. of 5384753 and which also stated "FRIDAY 25/03/22 I'M NOT AT HOME RIGHT NOW BUT PLEASE COLLECT/TAKE BOX. THANK YOU." You will not be surprised to learn that I was very disappointed therefore to find the box still in my front porch when I returned home from work last Friday at about 5pm. If the issue regarding non-collection is because I'm not normally at home during normal working hours from Monday to Friday, then if you don't collect at weekends, I don't think my parcel will ever be collected and I won't be able to use your services ever again. Would you be able to advise/clarify in this respect therefore? Thanks very much. I look forward to hearing from you in this regard in due course.

Ripped off. And they don’t even respond to emails. First few trades they said some were “damaged.” Last trade they claimed several were not included although we took pictures of what went into the shipment. Be careful.

Terrible. Very very terrible. I don’t know how many emails. I still have not got paid for a Ltl shipment and I tried a single box. Absolutely terrible. I’m just going to do sell back your book.

Over the last 2 years, I have had a mass DVD clearout and out of all the DVDs which have been sent to them, around 50 to 60% have been rejected with no explanation at all...I'm now looking to see there is an ombudsman or financial body which can hold them to account but this is totally unacceptable, unfair and they don't even have the decency to send the rejected items back...this is damn insulting and I will not be sending anymore DVDs to them from now!!

Hello, I have looked into your most recent trades and can see that: 5260745 - 6 items rejected - 3 items for parts missing or damaged, 3 for cover missing or damaged 4726459 - 4 items rejected - 3 for disc damage, 1 for missing parts or damaged. 4172308 - 1 items expired - that means it did not arrive with us. 3983929 - 1 items rejected - Disc Damage 3860556 - 8 items rejected - 1 expired, 4 items parts missing or damaged, 1 item disc damage, 1 item water damaged and 1 item not an original disc. These reasons would all have been made clear in your account and in the confirmation emails we would have sent when payment was sent to you. All items are checked against the condition guides on our website and are recycled responsibly as per our terms and conditions. Thanks, Ziffit.com
I sent them 21 books in EXCELLENT condition.. I even have photos. guess what? they rejected 19 of them and NO explanation provided? this is so sketchy.

Avoid! Complete scam! Sent a box of items to Ziffit, some of which were brand new DVDs not even opened. They rejected over half the items saying they were damaged. The items were perfect when they left me and had never even been used. No explanation was given to me as to how the items were damaged when in the possession of Ziffit and they have decided to ‘dispose’ of them so conveniently there is no evidence to support their reasons for rejection.
