Ziffit could not provide proof as to why they didn't pay for an item I sent-it was stated as parts missing but that was impossible. Will not be using again and would not recommend

Very efficient when selling items. Very efficient pick up of items. Disappointed that severeal items I sent were rejected. Otherwise very happy with your service.

Usually very good. When you trade, they give you a price without specifying the condition. I try an weed out any poor ones before sending. Any that do slip through and are rejected, they usually give an explanation, e.g. bent cover, or underlining. However, they must be overwhelmed with books at the moment; the last trade I sent on 11th April, Trade 7427743, only half of the books were accepted, the others were marked as "not received"

Frustrating to be forced to have a pick-up rather than take to a drop off myself, but the driver was prompt. A few books declined for water damage, two cds damaged, three cds 'not included': no books had been near water; I tested and cleaned all the cds; I checked them off the list as I packed them....... someone's pocketing items instead of paying us the derisory amounts Ziffit offer. Really poor.

I had one item rejected (no explanation) and anothertwo where Ziffit claimed they were not received. I know that all my books were in good condition and that all were in the package. This does not inspire confidence

Understandable Web site easy to use it does not need a smart phone any computer as long as WiFi is available ideal for older sellers. Payment is made promptly prices are fair only problem without a car getting to drop off points.

Good price normally paid for my books. Payments sometimes a bit slow coming through. Otherwise, customer service good.

You booked for 3 boxes to be collected, but i 4. It Caused so much trouble mainly the fact that I couldn't discuss this with you as the contract lines are still closed.....I'm sure that you will blame covid but that's not an excuse.

Always very straightforward and easy to process each item but a shame that some of your items aren’t worth much even when brand new. Overall service is great and I like having the option to drop off or have my items picked up.

easy to scan bar codes on books and then complete trade. Not always a lot of money for each book but simple process to pack up , print off label and take to local delivery point. Money in bank within a few days once order has been checked.

I sent my items to you via In Post a week ago but I've heard nothing. The Ziffit App suggests you haven't received my items yet but In Post never send me a confirmation email so I've no way of tracking whether my parcel has arrived or not. It is all extremely frustrating. I have had this same experience before and it was weeks before it got sorted so I was reluctant to use Ziffit again. I'm very much regretting my decision to give it another go!!!

Our Library is open between the hours of 10.00 am and 5.00 pm. For some reason it seems that either you or DPD find it impossible to arrange for a collection between those times. This failure has only come to the fore recently. In almost 4 years of trading this was not a problem but in the last few months it has got progressively worse. We are now thinking of stopping selling our used library stock via Ziffit.

Easy to use via scanning barcodes. Simplicity. If I were to recommend an improvement from a customer perspective I would say, as a disabled woman, that I would prefer parcels to be collected from the house rather than having to schlep to a shop, which can be challenging. But other than that, a good experience.

The process is very simple and efficient - scanning, posting, payment done in about a week. Because it was a big box of books, a courier collected, which was great. My main issue is if I have a small box to sell then ziffit only offers the option of dropping them at in-post lockers - and the ones near me are always full. I wish the option of taking the box to a local store was still available.

very low prices; could not complete trade on app so had to enter ISBNs manually on pc; too many items rejected for spurious reasons. Will try We buy books next time.
