“Would have been 5 stars, but original collection driver didn't turn up when stated & said we didn't leave parcel out! Otherwise a fabulous way to raise funds for Charity.”

“Not happy that I was told nine books were not in one packaged another two packages had two missing they were definately in the boxes was told they must have been lost in transit does that mean the boxes were opened up and books taken.”

“ziffit easy to use and problem free, prompt service. However their delivery service provider DPD is unreliable and sadly collection by then appears to be the only way to get items to Ziffit. Would prefer the option of dropping of at a parcel shop”

“I wasn’t paid for 5 out of 12 books. One was a brand new book and in excellent condition but was marked as damaged. Terrible. Donate to charity instead. Not worth the time and effort.”

“Straightforward using the Ziffit App, though lots had to be manually keyed in. So many not accepted thus they went to charity shops. The worst thing is the low prices given. Two books I had purchased from WOB, which were in an appalling condition, for which I'd been charged about £4 each, were Rejected at the Processing stage. Different rules. DPD collected as arranged, payment was reasonably fast. I can't say Ziffit made me happy, but at least there was a tiny return on my book clearance.”

“I bought a DVD from World of Books a year ago and I sold it through Ziffit and it was rejected because something was missing. Since I have no means to know what was missing because your policy is to exclude the item from the trade list I feel hard done by for losing my 1.40 plus promo code of 10%.”

“I sent a trade, it was collected over 2 weeks , I have the proof Contacted urselfs start of the week, heard back yesterday, saying parcel lost, but you would honour the trade value. You have since cancelled the trade as unrecieved and I can't get any confirmation when I'm likely to receive my pay. You used to be very efficient but not any longer.”
