“Good quality windows and roofing, if expensive, but an inept installations branch (JobWorth Doing Ltd). They are geared to first-time installations, which means no connection between sales force and manufacturing/installing. Mistakes and repairs are difficult to resolve as the separate complaints company are simply ignored by Job Worth Doing. Managers cannot be reached by phone, you cannot get past the front desk and they never return calls despite promises.”
